Description of Problem: The BC Ministry of Health required the services of a business analyst for the next development phase of their PRS system. Since the first two phases of the final system had already been developed and implemented, this required the individual to be able to analyze and existing system, looking for improvements, and to carry forward the new features to be implemented within an already developed partial system. The main focus of the new features would be the system's messaging mechanism. The designed system must be able to support support XML
messages.
