Description of Problem: Due to limited staff and decreasing budgets, a more efficient and economical means of managing and maintaining the websites associated with the organization was needed. Also, in an effort to increase services provided to teachers and students, HCS wanted to provide the technology to enable teachers and students to have a web presence.

Description of Solution: After evaluating GVC.SiteMaker, HCS determined that this product would provide them with all the features and functions necessary to accomplish their desired goals. HCS purchased a bundled server license of GVC.SiteMaker to be hosted at their location on a Mac X-Serve running OSX v10.2.6 and using a FrontBase database.
HCS also determined that a Tier II support and maintenance agreement would best provide them with all the technical support necessary for the GVC.SiteMaker application, FrontBase, and their server.
