Project Description: The eCharge project governance system was a custom built project and resource tracking application that eCharge was to use to track their own system development and support efforts. The application included a web front end, a middleware of custom
business objects and a back end RDBMS. The system included a complex project slip algorithm that calculated slippage across all projects based
on shared resources and overlapping timelines. The tools used to build the system included WebObjects 4.01 and Oracle RDBMS.
